I want you to be happy and excited about your learning content. If it really happens that for some reason you don't like a course or the content, please talk to us and we'll find a solution. 

As an individual learner who paid for their course and you completed less than 5% of a course, we are more than happy to refund your money within the first 30 days. If you completed more than 5% or after 6 months you're not happy anymore, let us know - we can't promise a full refund but we're happy to talk.

FAQ

  • What's a Growth Journey?

    A Growth Journey is a list of learning activities on a timeline for you to complete, such as pre-work, video and audio lessons, live virtual or face2face training in a classroom, workshops, simulations, assignments and many more.

  • How can I get access to courses and content?

    You can either get access as an individual learner when you purchase a course, or you are part of a learning journey that your organisation purchases and you 're receiving an invitation to enrol.

  • Why can't I see any courses in my dashboard?

    You can only see courses and communities in your dashboard for which you are enrolled. Either because you purchased a course or your company did.

  • What other courses can I enrol in?

    As we publish courses for individual learners, they will show in the "All Courses" section in your top header of the page. If you are enrolled in a new course your company purchased, you will automatically receive an invitation.

  • What types of courses do you offer?

    We offer individual courses for direct purchase from the site, using your credit card or PayPal account; we also offer custom learning journeys to organisations.

  • Are your courses complete courses?

    Yes, all of our courses for purchase are complete courses. This means they feature a number of lessons and in many cases additional live virtual sessions. For organisations, the Growth Journeys on our platform can also be accompanying courses for live face2face workshops and events.

  • Is my payment secure?

    In short: Yes absolutely! We have outsourced all financial transactions to specialist providers who know their stuff and constantly upgrade security measures.

  • How long will I have access to my course?

    This depends on the course you're enrolling in. For Growth Journeys that you purchase, you have unlimited access (see FAQ below), for Growth Journeys that you join through your company, access may be limited to a certain period of time. The description of the course usually states the access time.

  • What does "unlimited access" mean?

    Since none of us are fortune tellers, we don't know what may happen in the future. What we can guarantee is that you will have access to your purchased content for a minimum period of two years as long as we exist as an organisation, and as long as nothing unforeseen happens that may jeopardise our organisation, our people, or how we do business. After that period, you can extend your access if needed. If you have any concerns over this point, please contact us at touch@mpulse.ch and we'll happily clarify.
